I used to work for one company as sales manager.  I remember on the board  it says  " You are a salesperson and the person on sale is you. You are selling yourself everyday. The question is: Do you love the product that is on display ? Impress yourself first and then you will impress others. root for yourself. Love yourself".

Learn to encourage people around you. Your children, your coworkers, and your family all need encouragement. If you tell a person that he or she is bad or dysfunctional., that's what you will get out of them. See and treat people in a way that you want them to act.
